Choreographer | Movement Director

Ricky Jinks is a British choreographer, teacher and coach. Known for this thought-provoking and emotionally authentic creativity, Ricky aims to positively impact the world through his being and his movement. Inspiring others to mindfully lead with love and authenticity, he is known for his creative versatility, being able to create material from live theatre and immersive shows to music videos, television performances, live tours and fashion. As well as over a decade of experience in the dance industry, Ricky is also trained in many other modalities including yoga, breathwork, shamanic energy healing, somatic embodiment and coaching - he weaves these in to his dance work where appropriate (read his recent blog post below to learn more)

Ricky has choreographed and/or directed movement for many music artists such as Rita Ora, Matthew Morrison, Pixie Lott, Caity Baser, Honey Dijon, Digital Farm Animals, Oti Mabuse and has choreographed for many companies including Good Morning America, Adidas, Paralympics, Breitling, Stella McCartney, UEFA Champions League Final, New York & London Fashion Week, Kiss FM, BBC and Tate Britain. He also creates short pieces and full-length shows for dance companies and academies. His awards include Group Choreographer of the Year 2019, Capezio Ace Awards Finalist and was nominated for 3 more awards in 2022 and 2023 for his work with Company Jinks.

Ricky is a highly-sought after teacher on the international dance-circuit and has been teaching all over the globe for a decade, including workshops in Australia, Dubai, Iceland, Israel, China, Germany, Canada, Italy and Poland - teaching at many world-renowned dance camps including TD Italy, HDI Dance Camp and Movemeant Journey.
