Jordan James Bridge is a multi award winning and nominated choreographer / performer using the medium of dance for stage, screen & fashion.
Jordan James Bridge is a multi award-winning choreographer and performer working across stage, screen and fashion one of the most distinctive creative talents of his generation in contemporary dance.
He spent seven years as a dance artist with Company Wayne McGregor, one of the world's most acclaimed contemporary dance companies, and has also worked with Michael Clark Company, Tavaziva Dance and Alexander Whitley Dance Company. His time with Wayne McGregor placed him at the centre of internationally touring, critically celebrated work that consistently redefined the boundaries of contemporary movement.
His screen credits include Disney's The Marvels and ABBA Voyage, the ground-breaking virtual concert experience at The O2. He walked for Moschino in their SS24 collection at Milan Fashion Week, presented by Katie Grand. Other notable projects include a collaboration with Nick Knight and Gareth Pugh, a BBC Two performance, SOMA for COS at Pitti Uomo Florence, a collaboration with Nick Knight and Fredrik Tjaerandsen, and participation in a Google Arts and Culture AI experiment.
Jordan was nominated for Emerging Artist at the National Dance Awards 2024 for both his dancing and his choreography. His dance films Us, Locked Down and PARASITE have won multiple awards including Best Choreography and Best Dance Short in 2018, 2021 and 2023. He is a commissioned choreographer at Györi Ballet in Hungary for their Autumn season, creating a 40-minute work inspired by sci-fi entitled Falling into Jupiter.
An internationally recognised teacher, Jordan has delivered his signature Guided Improvisation method at The Royal Ballet School, Royal Danish Ballet Summer School, International Ballet Masterclass Verona and many leading companies and institutions worldwide.
