Choreographer | Mass Movement Specialist
Karina Palma is a choreographer and movement director with over 15 years' experience creating work for major international ceremonies, sporting events and headline artists across the Middle East, Africa, Europe and the USA.
Her ceremony and large-scale credits include the FIFA Club World Cup (USA), Expo 2020 Dubai, the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the All-Africa Games in Ghana, Special Olympics World Games Abu Dhabi, UAE National Day celebrations, Spring of Culture Bahrain, Mother of the Nation Abu Dhabi and the Asian Games in the UAE and Qatar. She specialises in mass movement, directing large casts of professional artists and volunteers.
Karina has choreographed for some of Africa's biggest artists, including Wizkid, Tiwa Savage, Fally Ipupa, Stonebwoy, Fuse ODG, Dadju, CKay and Tekno. Her wider work spans Afrochella, award shows, music videos, live shows and corporate events.
She is known for her distinctive Afrobeats, Afropop and commercial style, which blends African movement with high-energy choreography built for both stage and screen. She is also the founder of Moto Dancers Dubai, one of the region's pioneering Afrobeats crews.
