Choreographer | Movement Director

Kloé Dean is a choreographer, movement director and performing artist with over twenty years of experience across theatre, television, film, music, fashion, community and education. Originating in Hip Hop, Funk and Streetdance, she draws from a deep foundation in these forms while creating work that transcends any single style.

She is one of the most respected choreographic voices in UK Hip Hop a practitioner whose work carries genuine cultural weight and artistic credibility. In 2024 she choreographed Little Simz's headline performance at Glastonbury, one of the most high-profile live choreographic commissions of the year.

Her theatre credits are extensive, including work at The Royal Court (G)ully, Stratford East (Tambo and Bones and Gone Too Far), Paines Plough Roundabout Tour, Breakin' Convention at Sadler's Wells, Ladies of Hip Hop in New York, and Sub Urban Danse Festival Copenhagen. She is currently a Workplace Artist at The Place, Kings Cross, and is the Creative Director and Choreographer of Myself UK Dance, an all-female Hip Hop dance company.

Commercial and broadcast credits include SAULT's debut live show, Anne-Marie, Little Mix, Cleo Sol, Ghetts, Kojey Radical, Ezra Collective, Nathan Dawe, the Brit Awards, MOBO Awards, Capital FM Summertime Ball, Capital FM Jingle Bell Ball, BBC Radio 1 Big Weekender, Hits Live, Netflix, Sky, Jimmy Choo, Nike, Marks and Spencer, ASDA George and Star Alliance.

Kloe has been a resident teacher at Pineapple, Studio 68, Base and The Hub, and most recently curated the Streetdance timetable at the new East London Dance Talent House in Stratford. She also judges battles and choreographic competitions, and has delivered workshops internationally in Spain, Denmark and Turkey.
